Course and learner management is done from the course management page. To access the course management page, click the course title in your course list.

Share, edit, and publish buttons
There is a set of persistent buttons below the course title. These buttons appear in every sub-section of the course dashboard. Share, edit, and publish your course using these buttons.
In the edit course drop down menu you have the option to view your course as a learner.
Clicking the "publish" button publishes your course and makes it available to learners.
"Submit to market" in the publish drop down menu publishes your content to the gadget market. It is not necessary to submit to market in order to publish your course.
Invite and manage contributors to your course in this sub-section. Select the invite button to invite contributors to your course.
Enter the email address, followed by a comma. You may enter multiple email addresses at once. Click the "send" button to forward invitations to your contributors.
Remove contributors from a course by selecting the checkbox next to the contributor’s name.
The remove button will activate. Click the remove button to remove the selected contributors. They will no longer be able to access or edit the course. Please note that you can’t remove yourself from a course if you are the course creator.
Assigning a course to your organization
Create a new course within your organization to add it to your groups. If you create a course in your personal account - you will not be able to add that course to groups in your organization.
Click on a course title in your organization’s course list to open up course management.
To add or remove this course from an organization group, click the “organization” tab in the sidebar.
Here, select which groups this course will be associated with. Organization members associated with a group will have access to the courses in that group.
Determine whether your course is public or private in the settings sub-section. Please note that if you are using the free version of Versal, you will not be able to make your course private.
Options for sharing and embedding your course are available here. Select one of the icons to post a link to social media, email the link, or share to Google Classroom. The course URL is also provided here, as is an embed code which can be used to embed your course in many different platforms. For detailed instructions on embedding, visit the embedding section.
Versal for Organizations users have the ability to download their Versal courses as SCORM 1.2 packages. This is done from the "Sharing" section of the course overview page.
In order to access this feature:
- you must be an administrator on the organization account
- your course must be created with the organization account and associated with at least one group in the organization
- it must be published
